About Shane

Shane Robert is a certified personal trainer, strength enthusiast and writer. As a strength enthusiast he is always experimenting with new (or old) ideas to find the things that work best for his own training and his clients. It is this commitment to excellence that draws clients to him and gets them steady results.

A self described skinny guy when he was younger, Shane works hard in the gym and the kitchen to forget that past. His short term training goals are to total 1,400 raw and a 1.25x body weight snatch. His long term goals include beating the world record deadlift for the 198 pound weight class (716 lbs) and to become the strongest man who ever lived.

His training incorporates anything that works, including strength, mobility, flexibility, soft tissue work, hypertrophy, speed training and more.
